Quotes and Scope
Project pricing and timelines are based on the agreed package or proposal. Any work outside the original scope may require a revised quote, timeline adjustment, or additional invoice.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Submit required content, branding assets, and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure rights to any text, images, logos, or materials supplied to us
Payments
Payment terms may include upfront payment, milestone payment, or invoice-based billing depending on the selected package or project scope. Work may begin only after payment or confirmation requirements are met.
Revisions
Revision rounds included in a package are described on the relevant service or pricing section. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables created specifically for the client are assigned to the client unless otherwise stated. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackstone Elite LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
