Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Because Blackstone Elite LLC provides custom digital services, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed, and whether deliverables or strategic work have already been provided.
Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on payment processing costs, onboarding work, and administrative time already incurred.
After Work Begins
Once project work, strategy, design, research, setup, or deliverable preparation has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable based on the amount of work completed.
Completed Deliverables
Refunds are generally not available after final files, completed pages, or digital deliverables have been provided to the client.
Subscription or Support Services
If a recurring support plan is offered, cancellation will stop future billing according to the agreed service terms. Past service periods already delivered are not refundable.
How to Request a Review
To request a refund review, email support@blackstoneelitellc.com with your name, project details, and the reason for the request. Reviews are handled on a case-by-case basis.
